Come and visit our farm!

Learn how we turned an abandoned hay field into a productive cattle and herb operation. Wander with Calum Robertson around our grounds and feel the serenity of living side by side with our Highland Fold as we explain our ethos on connecting consumers to their food and why it is important.

Interested in climate change? We can show you first-hand how it is affecting our farm and what we are trying to do to mitigate it, or at least learn to live with it.

There will be plenty of opportunities to take photos and ask lots of questions.

What's Included:

Optional transportation from the Old Orchard Inn to Robertson's Farm will be provided by Acadia University. Please meet in the lobby of the Old Orchard Inn by 9:15am for a 9:20am departure.

We will share our story about how we left our home in Old Scotland to pursue a life of self-sufficiency on our 131-acre farm located in the breathtaking South Mountain of the Annapolis Valley.

Meet the fold and hear the details of buying our first Highland Cattle on Kijiji, how we learned to farm with little background knowledge and a whole bunch of YouTube videos and elderly farmers' wisdom, and how we manage it to this day.

There will be an opportunity to warm up (and shop!) in our small on-farm store of [health and body care products](https://www.robertsonsfarm.com/collections/all) focused on nature and the abundant gifts it offers. Enjoy a cup of tea to warm from the inside out.
